This smallish, 750 square foot, top floor of a two-story house apartment features a big living room with extra storage closets, wood and tile floors throughout. One bedroom is medium size with a small closet, the other is small...but still has a window and bigger closet, of course. The small kitchen has all appliances (no dishwasher, though) right next to the exit for the elevated deck, situated so it feels kinda like a treehouse...secluded. The bathroom is o.k. size with no tub, just a shower. Decent water pressure and plenty of hot water. You also get free, shared washer/dryer use, that's on the ground floor so no going into a basement or out-building just to quickly throw in a load. Also, you get your own front porch with a swing and off street parking 20 feet away for one car. (street parking is not-to-bad, anyway) A pet like a cat or two MAYBE o.k. (no dogs or animals that are "not-a-pet" allowed) with only $25mo. pet rent. No pet deposit needed. Rent is only $735 for up to two people*...$835 for 3 people*. 1st rent is due August 1, 2026.
