Basic utilities included are water, sewer, electricity, and trash service, subject to reasonable use. Tenants must provide at least 30 days' written notice of their intent to vacate or not renew, subject to the terms of the rental agreement and applicable California law. A fixed-term lease is a commitment for the full lease period. If a tenant needs to terminate the lease early, the tenant may remain responsible for unpaid rent, reasonable re-rental expenses, and other actual losses permitted by the rental agreement and California law until the unit is re-rented or the lease term expires.
