WiFi access, gated community, neighborhood Walmart right outside the gates, quick 4 minute access to OU campus, apartment complex shuttle available for transportation for classes. The furniture in the room stays. I WILL PAY FIRST MONTHS RENT MUST AND THE 250$ LEASE TRANSFER FEE. I loved living here but had to move back home and switched to online school. The management is always friendly and we've had no problems. I will be living at Aspen again when I move back next fall. Rent- $549 utilities vary, summertime average 75-80.. winter average 90 PER person. No smoking inside. Parking spaces are in front of apartment. Very convenient and safe place to live. Need a key card (which I will be giving you) or a code to get through the gates. Also each person has their own key for their room and the room listed here has a balcony. One of the roommates staying there is actually a good friend of mine, very trustworthy and laid back, he's cool with anyone.
