A covered porch stretches across the front of the house. The dock was recently resurfaced and is available if you have a boat. Enjoy the long sandy beach safely located away from the dock. Water depth at the dock ranges from 4 - 8 feet. The prime bedroom on the main floor has a connecting bathroom, king bed and walk-in closet as well as a great view of the lake. French doors pass into the great room/dining and kitchen. Large picture windows frame the gorgeous lake view. Also included on the main level is the laundry room. A washer and dryer are provided. The upper-level multi-purpose room (and 3rd bedroom) is furnished for 4, with 1 queen bed, 2 single beds and a closet. The 2nd upper-level bedroom has a king bed and 2 walk-in closets. A full bath completes the upper level. Storage space may be available in the attic on the 2nd level. Coded entry is convenient. Multiple parking spaces are steps from the front porch and entrance. The owners live in the terrace-level apartment with their black labrador mix. They stay to themselves unless you need assistance. Entrances and parking are separate for tenants and owners. Interior spaces do not overlap. Lease length is negotiable minimum of 30 days. Pets are considered on an individual basis (socialized, non-aggressive breeds). Non-refundable pet fees are $200 1st pet, $100 2nd pet and are due with the house deposit, which is refundable in full or part after the end of the lease upon inspection. Tenants pay 2/3 of the electric bill. Included in the rent is water, garbage pick-up, wifi, lawn maintenance and 1/3 of the electric bill. No smoking on property. Tenant parking is directly in front of the house just a few steps from the front door. Room for 3 - 4 cars. Boat trailer parking available. The Owners and their 2-year-old lab mix live on-site in a separate apartment. Nothing is shared with the Tenant. You can reach them via cell phones. Your privacy is their priority; however, they are usually available should you need any assistance. Owners will schedule showings by appointment.
