Call to arrange a showing. A one year lease is required, with first and last months rent and security deposit due at the time of lease signing. The rent will be collected monthly and is due on the date specified at the time of signing. Last months rent and security deposit will be held in escrow until the end of the lease term. The security deposit will be refunded to the tenant after the premises has been vacated and inspected. The tenant will be responsible for any damage to the property that requires repair or replacement that is not due to normal wear and tear. Gas for the water heater and range are included. Tenant shall use the premises as a residence only. A designated parking spot is assigned to the tenant and ample guest parking is available. No recreational vehicles are allowed to be stored on the premises. Tenants are expected to keep the appliances and AC filter/unit in good and clean working order. Repairs to appliances, water heater, plumbing, and air conditioner are the responsibility of the landlord. The tenant is expected to cooperate with maintenance/repair crew regarding access to the unit as needed.
