It's a fun place to live and safe with security patrolling the site. They also have onsite maintenance that will fix things for you immediately. Great location close to juanita park, safeway, I-405, totem lake and Woodinville wineries. Desirable Lake Washington School District. NO MOVE IN COSTS- No security deposit needed since i already put it in when i started the lease, and i will pay for the background check that is required. Great deal- the same unit is already renting for more rent with the summer costs. The lease would end March 17th 2022. Great for anyone not looking to sign up for a 12 month lease. I was paying about $2750 for 2 adults and 1 kid. Electricity and internet you would set up separately.
