There are washer and dryer hookups (electric) in the upstairs bathroom, but you will need to bring your own appliances. Please note - there are no ceiling fans or ceiling lights in any of the 3 bedrooms. However, a floor lamp for each of the 3 bedrooms is provided. Also, the 2 secondary bedrooms do not have closets. The bigger secondary bedroom comes with 2 sets of shelving that can serve as clothing storage (pictured). Shed on property and attic for storage. 1 acre of land for kids to run around on, play, ride 4-wheelers. Rent includes monthly yard maintenance as well as internet so you don't have to worry about it! Additional $25 a month pet deposit per pet. Dogs will be considered on a per case basis.
