Very nice, child-friendly, neighborhood. The neighbors are well-liked and we have a pleasant neighborhood. We have a great neighborhood watch program and have a pretty safe community. Children are able to walk to the schools peacefully and the schools are located within four blocks for United Oaks Elementary / Middle School and within one-mile for Hazel Park High School. There are three parks close by within four blocks walking distance. Located one block east of I-75 freeway with a convenient access to the freeway entrance at the end of the street. Centrally located to a variety of restaurants, stores, gas stations, convenience stores and pharmacies.
