Rent for the shared room would start at $675 as compared to the single room's $1100. Building is new and currently being renovated. Close to lots of food options, Sally's Saloon, Walgreen's/CVS, university stadiums. Nothing wrong with the apartment, building, or neighbors; leaving for personal reasons. Two options/three spaces available. Private room and bathroom for $1100 monthly base rate. Shared room for $675 monthly base rate.
