This huge retreat has tall windows, two living rooms (one can double as a bedroom), private half baths for each bedroom, a well-appointed kitchen, and central air/heat. You'll be able to easily access the property using codes that we send on the day of check-in. With two large parking garages nearby, parking is easy and reasonably priced. You can walk everywhere from this conveniently located property, and you're also just steps from the Streetcar line, which is a free and convenient way of getting around downtown. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent. Throwing an unauthorized party is considered criminal trespassing under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code. If you throw an unauthorized party, charges for criminal trespass may be pressed, and you and your guests may be arrested on-site and prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Quiet hours are from 9:30pm-8am. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request may be given to come into compliance. If the request is not honored, the reservation will be terminated without refund. Smoking and lighting anything in this property is not allowed. Violating the rules may result in reservation termination without refund, and additional fees may be incurred. Dishonest or abusive behavior will result in termination of your reservation without refund. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Cleanup of human biomaterial will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. A $300 cleaning fee applies for cleanup of excessive pet hair. Stains on the carpets or linens incur an $89 cleaning fee per item or cost to replace. Smoking anything indoors incurs a $300 cleaning fee. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste or in complete disorder will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee. If security, fire department, or police fees are incurred due to behavior at the property, the minimum security fee is $150.
