I have a private bedroom available on Oak Avenue. The room will be ready for lease Spring Quarter. The room is available from March 23rd to August 31st. The house has five bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with five girl roommates (all very nice and friendly people). The house is fully furnished but could being in more stuff to your liking. The bedroom is not fully furnished but I am willing to leave all of the furniture if needed (I will end up throwing it out eventually). Laundry machine and dryer are both located in the double rooms (next to the kitchen). One bathroom for five people; I know that might seem crazy but we haven't had any problems. There is a garage area that fits about four cars. Street parking is allowed with an S permit. Location is a 3-5 minute bike ride to campus and the F bus line stop is about three doors down. The neighborhood is very quite with wonderful neighbors. The single room itself is $500 per month. This does not include utilities, water, or internet. Owner prefers no pets and girls only please.
