This is a three bed one and a half bath older building with very nice woodwork throughout 10 foot ceilings are higher and a huge basement. There is a back deck and the lot behind the property we own as well. We do not allow section 8 at this property and this property does not allow pets. It is just a 12 month lease. There is no smoking on the property no subleasing as well as no pets
