Sept. 25, 2016 - roofing was replaced with Timberline architectural shingles with attic ventilation. Left, front, right side of property has sprinkler system with underground deep well pump. New improvements: 31 new windows were installed in 2017 & 2018. All windows are new. Aluminum trims have been installed on all (first & second floor) the windows, eaves, and porch ceiling. AC unit for the second floor was replaced in August 2018 and the cooling coils have been replaced. Also in 2018, we have added these new improvements: Multi-layered insulation was installed at the attic plus 2 solar powered ceiling fans. Since the installation of these two improvements, the interior temperature inside the house (ground & second floor) has been stable. Thus, AC and the heating system do not work as hard. All the 8 huge trees at the backyard were cut in the fall of 2018. Newly seeded backyard and the grass has a height of 2 inches as of February 1, 2019. Backyard improvements will be installed in the spring of 2019.
