Our home since purchased has had several updates. It has updated electric, plumbing, water proofing, new furnace, water heater and air conditioning. We have also cleaned all debris from the yard. Terminix has also been here and there are now no bugs of any kind in the home. The bathrooms will be gutted and replaced soon as well as the kitchen. The garage will be getting replaced and the lawn graded and a fence installed. I feel the estimate on my home is wrong and needs to be changed. It is in so much better shape then when we bought it and will continue to get better. I would like to add a final note that the people repairing my home are licensed and reputable.
