No unlawful detainer (eviction) judgments within the past 3 years. Identity & application Government-issued photo ID must be submitted for each applicant 18+. Each adult who will occupy the home must be on the application. Criminal history Per Seattle's Fair Chance Housing Ordinance (SMC 14.09), criminal history is not used as a basis for screening, with the narrow exceptions allowed by law (current registration on the sex offender registry for an adult offense). Pets Please note that the City of Seattle allows a maximum of 3 pets total (cats + dogs) per property.
