The best fit for us is a single professional adult. We are open to weekly rentals as well. Welcome to our guest house conveniently located in the heart of Scottsdale, just down the street from Kierland. We are offering a charming cottage with modern French design touches. The cottage is detached from our private residence for your privacy. We have a 1/2 acre property with mature and manicured landscaping. You are close to golf, hiking, shopping, restaurants and so many citywide events during your stay. We would be happy to give you restaurant and site seeing recommendations too! It is a separate guest house on our 1/2 acre property. You have access from the side yard which is fenced off to protect you from our 2 spaniels. You have access to the pool as well. There is no garage parking and we cannot accommodate any pets. Owner pays for cable, internet and all utilities (provided guests use the programmable thermostat to manage AC consumption in the summer). The best fit for us is a single adult professional who appreciates our location and private home setting. We don't allow smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
