Lease Duration: 3 Months (November 2022- January 2023), with possible extension to end of February 2023 if desired. All utilities and property maintenance fees are included in rental price. Parking: You're welcome to park in the 2 parking spots in the front driveway as well as along the street in front of the property. Please do not park on the grass or in front of the neighboring homes. No Pets. No Smoking. We are fortunate to be located on a quiet street. We kindly request that you promote this neighborly spirit by keeping noise down past 10 PM until 8 AM especially if you choose to enjoy the back deck.
