I am looking for someone who wants to sub lease my apartment. It's on Wilmington Island in Savannah, GA. It is 15 minutes from downtown and 15 minutes to the beach. It's a cute, safe complex and my neighbors are great! It's a one bedroom, one bathroom 1st floor apartment that was recently updated. It has a very open floor plan and plenty of storage. **If you have an animal, you will NOT need to pay the pet fee! The $350 non-refundable pet fee will transfer over from when I moved in Nine-foot ceilings throughout the entire apartment and huge picture windows make for a very spacious and airy apartment. The bedroom has a walk in closet and there is a new washer and dryer in the unit. The bathroom includes a garden tub and the kitchen includes all major appliances. There is a great balcony and alarm system. The complex has plenty of parking and is very safe. There is a dog park, tennis courts, infinity edge pool, fitness and business centers, and is zoned for great schools! Tenant responsible for water, trash, electricity, and cable. Deposit required. Only additional fee is $60 for the application. First month's rent and deposit due at signing. You would be taking over my lease which is up for renewal in July 2018. The apartment would be leased in 'as in' conditions. There are no signs of 'wear and tear' or damage. I will get carpets cleaned and will pay the $60 application fee when the sublease agreement is signed.
