Our one bedroom apartments cost $590 per month plus electric. They are wall to wall carpeted except for the kitchen and bathroom with are vinyl. Our kitchens are fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Our apartments are very clean and well-maintained. We are conveniently located in Butler Township. We have a total of 186 apartments in seven buildings in a nicely maintained, wooded, and quiet environment. Every building has its own coin operated laundry. We also have on-site storage for an additional $10 per month. We are conveniently located near major shopping areas and restaurants. We are approximately 45 minutes north of Pittsburgh, 20 minutes east of Cranberry Township, 20 minutes south of Slippery Rock University. We offer short term leases for an additional charge. This is a very affordable option relative to staying in a motel for several months if you are only in the area temporarily.
