This apartment is ideal for a young professional, private person or a cozy couple. It is super-clean and is solid. We are attentive to our tenants' needs and live right across the street. While it is on a main street, it is surprisingly quiet. The neighborhood is trouble-free and secure with good long-term neighbors. We maintain the property and snowblow/shovel/mow when necessary. There's a large pantry off of the kitchen. Everything is freshly-painted and most walls and floors are new. It's 5 minutes walking distance from Cheektowaga Town park, pool and recreation center, public library, several supermarkets, multiple banks, St. Josephs hospital and gas stations. It is located roughly one mile from the Galleria Mall, Rite Aid pharmacy, and a wide variety of restaurants and stores. The apartment includes a refrigerator and a basement storage space. Although we do not to allow pets, we would be willing to "possibly consider" a relatively small and very CLEAN QUIET dog. If we allowed it there would be an additional monthly rental fee of $20 for the dog. Landlord pays trash and sewer. Tenants pay water and electricity. Heat for the upper and lower units is combined, therefore the bill will be split evenly between the two units.
