Hello! This is an ADU to our front house. It is a fully furnished 2 bed and 2 bathroom ADU. We are a family who lives in the front house, while this ADU is in the back of our home. We are looking for a family or up to 1-4 guests. Our community is not gated, but but we do have two gates that protect the house. This ADU is close by Santa Anita Mall, HMart, sprouts, albertsons, and many small shopping districts. It is about a 20-30 min drive from LA. We do provide up to 1 parking spot, but you will need to get a parking permit if you need additional spots. All utilities will be included with the rent: internet, gas, water, and electricity. The swimming pool will be fully accessible for you to use, however, our jacuzzi is not working right now because we are getting it fixed.
