These beautifully furnished apartments have everything one could need for a comfortable extended stay, with on-site managers on call 24hrs/day for emergencies. This is a month to month lease. The lease automatically renews each month, unless Third and Main is give written notice of vacating a minimun of 15 days prior to your next payment due date. Third and Main also has the right to terminate the lease with written notice, a minimum of 15 days prior to your next payment due date. Please note, we do not prorate, we have nightly, weekly and Monthly rates. The minimum stay is (1) one month. If you would like to stay past the month, but less than an additional month, the rent will be charged by week or night, depending on how long you would like to stay past the month. All rates+taxes can be found on the attached rate sheet. Month to month, 7 month and 12 month leases available.
