This house has been very good to me for the twenty years that I have lived here, Through many storms and hurricanes it is solid as a rock. I wish I could stay but my health is dictating otherwise and Im off to live closer to family. The house has three bedrooms and one bath. the kitchen has granite countertops and a small dishwasher. I just had a new roof put on this year. The yard is spacious and has fruit trees. With a perrenial garden out front. The screened in porch is delightful to sit out in and watch all the birds at the feeders. It is a quiet neigborhood . I ve had most of the same neighbors for the entire time i've lived here.
