Room for rent in 3 bedroom house in nice neighborhood. (Aren area off of Fulton and Hurley) We are 35 and 55 year old guys sharing the house, looking for third roommate. We are both pretty easy going and easy to get along with. I work and go to school so I am not home much during the day. We are both pretty quiet and are not looking for someone who will have parties or have lots of people over. $400 a month includes everything (utilities, etc..)
