It is a big apartment for just a one bedroom. I live here with my girlfriend and dog and its still big enough for him to run around. The rent is $725/mo and the lease is up till Aug 1, so the total rent amount will be $2175 plus monthly electric bill (usually not more than 50). I will accept monthly payments as long I get it before the 2nd of the month or you can pay lump sum. Cash is preferred but I will accept certified checks as well. The safety deposit will be $400, which I will need the day of move in. Parking is included and the Village has a shuttle that takes you to and from campus. Dog or cat is ok. Its already included in the rent because I have a Husky. If you do decide to bring a pet, a $50 deposit will be required also.
