The guest bedroom has a queen-sized Murphy bed set-up- great for guests, but also nice to use the extra space to exercise, watch TV, or read. Both bedrooms have blackout shades. The great room boasts an electric fireplace, a 70" TV, and a custom desk/office space. All kitchen appliances are 1 year old. Propane double oven set-up. Large, walk-in appliance pantry. Check out the city view from your gorgeous backyard! Enjoy dining alfresco, sitting by the propane fireplace, or lounging in the pool. The pool is treated with copper- no chlorine chemicals required! You have access to the two car garage (separate single garage is owner storage). There is a fast EV car charger in the garage. Of note, there is an attached casita which is typically rented to a travelling nurse. They have a separate entrance and outdoor space, but they do have a window and sliding glass door which overlooks the backyard. If you are interested in renting the 1 bedroom casita as well, please reach out for availability. Water, trash, sewer, propane, internet and electric included, though there is a $500 cap on electric (highest previous bill was $325).
