Close to great restaurants, gyms, and shopping. 6 month minimum lease, though preference given for 1 year lease. This property is fully furnished including linens and a fully stocked kitchen. Master bedroom has a king bed, a spa-like master bathroom, and large walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has a queen-sized Murphy bed set-up- great for guests, but also nice to use the extra space to exercise, watch TV, or read. Both bedrooms have blackout shades. The great room boasts an electric fireplace, a 70" TV, and a custom desk/office space. All kitchen appliances are 1 year old. Propane double oven set-up. Large, walk-in appliance pantry. Check out the city view from your gorgeous backyard! Enjoy dining alfresco, sitting by the propane fireplace, or lounging in the pool. The pool is treated with copper- no chlorine chemicals required! You have access to the two car garage (separate single garage is owner storage). There is a fast EV car charger in the garage. Of note, there is an attached casita which is typically rented to a travelling nurse. They have a separate entrance and outdoor space, but they do have a window and sliding glass door which overlooks the backyard. If you are interested in renting the 1 bedroom casita as well, please reach out for availability. Water, trash, sewer, propane, internet and electric included, though there is a $500 cap on electric (highest previous bill was $325). Anything over the cap will be due with the next month's rent at a 2/3 split with casita). Netflix and local channels included. Pest control, pool, and landscape maintenance included! As a bonus, we are including light housekeeping every 2 weeks. This is our dream house and we hope you will be able to relax and enjoy it as much as we do! We will be traveling out of the country, but have local management should you have any issues. 6 month minimum, but preference given to 12 month lease. Water, sewer, garbage, propane, internet, Netflix and local TV channels included. Electric included up to $500 (highest previous bill was $325) after which tenant is responsible for 2/3 of the overage. No smoking anywhere in or on property. Pest control, pool, and landscape maintenance included, but please let management know ASAP if there are any issues at the property. Bonus- light housekeeping provided every 2 weeks!
