This awesome 11.2 acres that was once formally Kreig`s Catfish Farm. Site has 9 stocked ponds on the property. Ponds have Bass, Bream, Catfish and Coy fish. Site is not currently a working fish farm but could very easily be made one again. Site has a lot of land that a home could be built on. Has no restrictions so even a mobile home. Plenty of land for a small RV or Mobile Home park. Site has a large deck with an above ground swimming pool. Has a storage building for the pool chemicals and pool equipment. Has a larger storage building for the fish feed and equipment for the ponds. Rather a home site or a working business this is a once in a life time opportunity.
