It's in a fun neighborhood a block from campus. Includes off street parking on the property and a spacious deck that is only to be used by you (the deck will be pressure washed this week). Central heating/AC, in unit washer and dryer, new unused refrigerator and toilet. Tall ceilings and big storage cubbies. Enough space for two people to live comfortably. It has a large kitchen which could also double as a lounging area. You won't have to deal with some large, faceless property management company, I manage it on the side for the owner who is very reasonable and makes for a pleasant experience and I'm very responsive. It's on the third floor which cuts down on the street noise. The tenants in the other two units are very friendly and quiet. I try and get all 3 units on the same turnover period (July) so the lease length is negotiable (6 months/year/1.5 year) but looking to start renting as soon as possible. Owner pays for water and sewage, tenant is responsible for electric. Some months the electric was $40 up to $100+ range. All depends on how much you use.
