I lived in this property for years. Once you rent, you will not want to leave. One person lived there 10 years and another six. Great oak for shade in front yard and pecan tree out back. Any Airman could run to gym, workout and run back to shower all before work. I replace appliances when they break. My contractor lives close for emergencies and repairs.
