The space This quiet condo, is in the thick of all things Austin. Located in the Travis Heights, neighborhood, it is close to amazing restaurants, live music venues, downtown Austin, SOCO, Stacey Pool, and much more. If you want a location that makes it easy to enjoy all Austin has to offer, this is your place! Guest access The entire apartment is for your enjoyment. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook good meals (sharp knives, nice cutting boards, and quality pots and pans for the win!). We provide high-speed, gigabit free internet and WiFi from Google Fiber. The living room couch is unbelievably comfortable and the television has Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc. There is a bluetooth Boom speaker for listening to music. The bedroom has a king size bed with a memory foam mattress, 4 pillows, and possibly the most comfortable sheets you've ever felt. The office has a small desk and a sitting area. If you need a futon in there for guests or another roommate, just let us know. Both bathrooms have showers and good lighting. The back deck is incredibly roomy and perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. If you bring pets, it's a perfect place for them to enjoy the outdoors. There are also grassy areas in the complex, the neighborhood is great for walking, and leash-free parks nearby. The closets have plenty of room to store any extra items you bring with you. Other things to note Pets are welcome to join you in our condo. We know they're part of the family! The neighborhood is great for walking dogs and there are parks - both on and off-leash, nearby.
