Our current tenants are clean, respectful, and adhere to our strict No smoking, No drugs, and No pet policy. All other tenants are male. Common spaces are shared, including: Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Laundry, and 1.5 Bathrooms. Street parking and driveway parking is available. Tenants share a key that will give you access to the large community clubhouse featuring a cardio and weights gym, rentable event spaces, pickleball courts, and a large swimming pool.
