This is an in-law suite located at the rear of our home. Despite sharing a roof, there is no access between places without going outside. The apartment is separate and private. You will enjoy your own space to relax and chill after a long day. *Non-smoking* This was formerly a vacation rental and so is fully furnished, including with dishes, pots & pans, etc. There is also a small combined washer/dryer unit, and a full deck outside for relaxing. We pay all utilities except cable/internet. Minimum six month least. Owner pays for all utilities except internet.
