The HOA is currently working on the exterior of 1304 Parkwood Village complex on the left. On some of buildings work is almost complete including unit #4. They have changed the roof, the gutters and downspouts, the fascia boards and other exterior wood is repaired ( or soon be repaired ) and painted.
