Keep your SUP, kayak, etc right on your own lakeside patio, or inside the large storage area. You can slide into the Lake for a paddle or swim anytime you want from your own dock - it's right outside your backdoor! Bask in the warmth on the sunny side of Donner Lake. When you're not soaking up the view, you'll enjoy the Tahoe-style fireplace fueled by natural gas so there's no need for firewood. In winter the sun streams into this unit to brighten and warm the inside beautifully. When people living in other areas around the Lake are digging out their cars in the winter, you get easy access to the road. Your private covered parking is only about 20 steps from your front door. You can charge your EV from your own charger, right in your own private covered parking. This apartment is a gorgeous two-bedroom, one bath, and has its own laundry with washer/dryer.
