My home is built very sturdy not like today's homes it has hardwood floors and the same tongue and groove hardwood on the walls and ceilings behind the sheetrock the roof is a 50 year shingles installed in 2012 comes with its own water well still located 1/2 block outside the city limits of Lubbock. It has a great water well and septic system, both front and rear sprinkler system
