Also has new front porch overhang with certified permits. As of late 2013/early 2014 - New roof, new front siding, new exterior paint, new front doors, all ceilings and interior walls painted, new solid hardwood floors in main level, new carpet in upstairs and downstairs, fully remodeled full downstairs bathroom with porcelain tile and shower, new porcelain tile in upstairs bathroom.
