It is a walking community. Traveling in our neighborhood is also by golfcart. Easy access to restaurants in the neighborhood as well as a 5 minute walk to downtown activities. I love my area. Young and old alike. Great for walking the dog. During the Spring and Fall I walk to work at UTMB. Great for going green. I've never lived this close to work, the grocery, church, the bank, the drugstore.....
