Nature enthusiasts & pet owners will especially appreciate the close proximity to walking trails and parks (Little Sugar Creek Greenway is a minute's walk, Cordelia Park is a 13 minute walk and Alexander Park is a 10 minute walk from the property) This is a great spot for people who want to be close to everything yet still have the peace, quiet and privacy of living in a house rather than constantly have to deal with neighbors in every direction in an apartment building. We require good credit (typically at least a 620 and above), proof of income, past rental history, a background check and no evictions. Application fee per person is $75.
