Due to room having carpet, I ask to not wear shoes in the bedroom. Bathroom is across the hall from the bedroom and is shared with only one other female. The house has 4 rooms total in the house with 3 other females. Shared spaces include kitchen, living room, laundry room, deck area, backyard, etc. Neighborhood is private and quiet. Very close to PG Community College, Largo Metro Station, Andrews AFB, close to shops & restaurants, 30 min to DC, 20 min to UMD, etc. Security deposit is one month rent.
