More than expected is what I felt as I viewed this squeaky clean 3 bed 2 bath home with a huge living room with fireplace, a very large kitchen/dining area that would hold the largest of dining tables, and the newly revamped back yard with a covered patio plus even more. New Storage building and some appliances can stay. Clean automatic two car garage, full 6 ft privacy fence, everything is like new condition. The family of seven has simply outgrown it, that's the only reason for moving.
