This small garden guest cottage is situated in an ideal location - quick and direct access to the 101 Freeway and Coldwater Canyon pass for your commuting needs, but when you don't feel like driving, it's an easy walk to all kinds of great restaurants and amenities, from the new Sweet Greens to Casa Vega to Maria's, not to mention Ralph's and Starbucks and everything at the Sportsman's Lodge. Feel like going for a walk? We're right next to a nicely renovated section of the Los Angeles Riverwalk and it's a pleasant loop to make with your pupper. This is a guest cottage built in the fifties, so it's not very big and probably falls in "tiny house" range. Because of this, it unfortunately doesn't have a washer/dryer but we are only two blocks from a laundromat and dry cleaner. The cottage sits behind the main house inside a huge fenced yard with lots of greenery. There's a little patio behind the cottage to grill in, and a private area of the yard in front of the cottage if you want to plant flowers or have a chair out there. If you want an open plan modern loft, this is not for you. BUT if you love watching Tiny House Big Living and dream of your own (pretty) little getaway while still having an easy commute, this is your place. Owner pays water / electric / gas. Renter pays cable / internet. No smoking, vaping, weed. Small pets are OK.
