This is a nice little home on a corner lot in a nice neighborhood. We bought it back in 2007, and did many upgrades before moving in Mid 2008. We have put in Central Heat and Air, updated the fresh water pipes inside the home, updated breaker boxes and breakers to home as well as wiring to the garage and the breaker boxes there. We also had it leveled, all the cracks in the walls fixed, and sprayed texture and new paint throughout. The bathroom was gutted and we updated the floors, walls with mold resistant sheetrock, sink, and toilet. All of the electrical outlets have been replaced. The house does have wood floors throughout as far as we know, and we refinished the floor in one bedroom. All of the lighting and ceiling fans have been updated as well as all of the plumbing fixtures (sinks and faucets). The roof was just replaced this year. We also put new storm and front door on the front of the house as well as a new door on the back of the house. There is a detached 2 car garage with storage in the attic portion, as well as a 15x20ft workshop/addl' storage attached to the garage. We really feel that our home is pretty move-in ready. When we were looking for homes, before we purchased this one, it just seemed like there was so much to do in every house we saw. There is no reason you couldn't just move right in unless you wanted to start some projects of your own for a more personal feel. Please call with any questions you may have!!
