Over 1900 sq ft., 4 br + an office/formal dining area, 2 bath, Hardwood and carpet floors, central ac, 2 car garage. I have a number of low quality pictures mixed in with some good ones. Apologies. These pictures are from 5 years ago--a previous tenant--and some are outdated (repainted). I can answer any specific questions you have. Really nice community pool! And, it's right next to Old Settler's Park! Schools are Double File Trail Elementary (maybe the new elementary and Stony Point HS. **If you're a baseball fan, it's right next to the Dell Diamond. You can hear the crowd cheering from the front porch or watch the fireworks on Friday nights. We loved it! You don't hear the crowd inside the home, but you can hear the fireworks popping. It was never an annoyance to us. Stuff I have to say that doesn't sound nice: Rent is $1600 per month. The first month's rent and, a $1600 deposit, and $150 cleaning deposit is due at move-in. Renter pays all utilities. Quiet pets are allowed, but renter is responsible for all pet damage inside and out. This is a non-smoking property. Must follow all HOA rules!
