Don't miss out on living close to downtown, close to the river for those great trips cruising down the cape fear on your boat from the boat ramp, and the house is close to I95 for those times you want to get out of Fayetteville. I treated this house better than my own, I hope you enjoy it. Owner pays for Trash and recycle, tenant responsible for all other utilities.
