I'm going to be away from early May (date negotiable) to July 25 and would like to sublet my apartment during this time. It is furnished. ACs in living and bedroom, Smart TV (only internet, no cable), microwave, electric stove, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer inside the apartment. Twin bed and bedside table, desk and desk chair, armchair and other chairs, coffee table, book shelf, chest of drawers, closet with a smaller chest of drawers. I'm planning on leaving most of my crockery as well. There is also an extra full matress. water, heating, internet included; $20/month extra if you want parking; electricity has to be paid separately but in the summer it is usually quite low
