I'm renting the main house which includes 3 bedrooms, two baths, huge kitchen wtih breakfast table, living room/dining room, small patio section, left side hallway for storage, one driveway car space, and one more street parking avaible with city permit parking , and shared washer/dryer. Master bedroom is huge with one of the restrooms located inside it. Parking is also available in adjecent streets. Open House will be this Saturday, May 10th from10am to 2pm. House is availble to occupy on May 12th. Owner pays for gardener and gas. Renter is responsable for electricity, water, trash and street sweeping with is one bill from Anaheim Utilities every two months. Renter is responsable for internet services.
