The third bedroom has been used for extra storage and an in-home office with a standing desk there is no bed, but you're welcome to add one of your own during your time renting. - Living room couch folds out to a Queen bed. - Dining area could be used as an office, as pictured. Otherwise there are four chairs with the table, only two are pictured. - Our personals will be moved out (clothes, photos of ourselves, etc.). Start date is flexible, can manage earlier in October if needed, week of 10.05 is preferred. One-year lease minimum, ideally up to 17 months.
