Private room in a fantastic house with amazing views, lots of parking, and great kitchen. There are plenty of shared spaces, including a media room and a living room (which we have set up as a stream studio and guest bedroom), dining area, and terrace. West Portal is right around the corner, with lots of restaurants and shops. Muni stop is two blocks away. No smoking inside. We have weekly cleaners but each renter must clean up after themselves in common areas including kitchen.
