We are moving this summer and need someone to take over for the remainder of our lease. This is a 2 Bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in a very pet friendly complex. There are no weight or breed restrictions on pets. We would pay the lease-change fee, only thing you would need to do is pay for august going forward.
