This location is one block from a UT bus stop (Dean Keaton) and only a short distance from UT campus and Manor Road restaurants. I am asking $1100 per month with a $1000 damage and cleaning deposit (one year lease). I provide yard care. I pay the water and wastewater utilities. The tenant is responsible for trash service, electricity and gas utilities. Several choices for phone, cable, and internet service providers are available.
